How to Request an Ambulance
If you require an emergency ambulance, dial 999.
Otherwise, you should ring the surgery on 0844 477 8609. It should be noted that we require the following information:
- The Hospital that you are going to
- The Consultant / Doctor that you are seeing
- The Date and Time of your appointment
- Whether or not you are an In Patient or an Out Patient
- Whether or nor not you require a car or and Ambulance
- Whether or not you require an Escort
