Reception
The reception team have worked for the practice for between 4 and 20 years, consisting of 9 receptionists led by Practice Administration Manager.
In addition to providing reception services, one receptionist is a phlebotomist with 2 weekly clinics. Others provide admin support to clinical teams. Additional roles include liaising with external NHS organisations, the PCT and social services. They also organise various specialist clinics as well as ordinary consulting sessions.
