Mental Health

Depression and other mental health conditions are very common and most of us will have some form mental health issue at some point in our lives. The good news is that there is a number of different ways to get support to help you recover and remain well. Many services also accept self-referrals.

If you are not sure which service is suitable for you or you wish to discuss medications then please book an appointment with one of our GPs.

Leeds Mental Wellbeing Service

We provide psychological therapies for common mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression, which one in four of us will experience in our lives.

We offer a range of psychological therapies including workshops, group classes, one-to-one sessions and a range of online support options.

Our treatments are available for those aged 17 and over who are registered with a Leeds GP.
